Dominique NC Lewis has worked with children and their families for the past ten years. Her philosophy on educating children and youth honors each individual’s unique life experiences. She believes that each young person is gifted with something special, and as active adults in their lives, we should guide them to discovering their potential. Dominique’s approach to teaching children in youth involves creative exploration and hands-on experiences. She is motivated by her talented team at the center and the collaboration of leaders in the field of child development.  In addition to working at the center, Dominique volunteers in her community with her family and is a full-time student. At the completion of her studies, she will have obtained an Associates Degree in Child Development, Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a certificate in non-profit management.
