Delaware Child Development child care centers are open to the general public and are full time only. Openings are determined by the Administration based upon the age of the children being served.

Families can pre-enroll their children by completing an Enrollment Application. When classrooms are filled for a given group, a waiting list is established. Families placed on the waitlist will be contacted when there is another opening.
