Fee Policy - Child Care resource and referral services are provided at no cost to all Oklahoma families. Families will be advised of this policy prior to receiving referrals.

Confidentiality Policy - Information received from families will be kept strictly confidential. Families will be advised of this policy prior to receiving referrals.
Complaint Policy - If families have questions or concerns regarding Delaware Child Development Resource and Referral services, please call Debra Gibson, Resource and Referral Coordinator at 866.254.9864.
Provider Complaint Policy - If families call with a complaint against a particular provider or facility, the Resource and Referral Specialist will listen to and document the complaint. Families will be encouraged to contact the Department of Human Services if they feel the issue placed a child in an unsafe or detrimental situation. The Specialist, along with his or her Supervisor, will call the Department of Human Services if they agree that the situation merits further investigation.
