Ms Amanda's Class - Preschool

Preschool is studying dinosaurs. We have created dino scenes throughout our classroom. These different areas showcase the diverse types of dinosaurs that we had here on earth. Children also have been participating in their own imaginary dinosaur worlds.

Each student was able to journal about their “pet dinosaur.” As many of us are preparing for kindergarten, we have been practicing our emerging writing skills. At home parents are encouraged to allow your child time to write. They may write letters that you recognize and some others that you do not. Nonetheless, writing is a foundational skill in communication, and your child enjoys writing. Each day our class has access to journals and other writing materials.
