Ms KK’s Class—Early Preschool

Greetings from EPS!

This year has gone by incredibly fast! We have done a lot of different things this past month and are looking forward to the events coming. In the month of November, we worked on gluing and counting Turkeys, as well as learning about Indian Corn and listening carefully to the story about the Native Americans and Pilgrims coming together as one and sharing food. We hosted a family dinner for Thanksgiving, and we are incredibly grateful for each one who attended. The children got to experience hands-on thankfulness by watching each other interact with our visitors, and we discussed what we are thankful for with the large group. We are and continue to be extremely thankful for our visitors from Eldercare who enjoyed lunch with us and read to us while they were here.

For the month of December, we are hosting our 2nd Annual Christmas sing-a-long with the children, and we couldn't be more excited! This event will be held on Thursday evening, December 13th, from 6:00-7:00pm. Anytime you walk by the classrooms, don't be surprised if you hear us practicing for our big night! Afterwards, the children and staff will be engaging with parents and enjoying a snack before going home. We can't wait to sing for you!

Also for the month of December, we are anticipating a visit from our favorite man in red . . . Santa Claus! He will be arriving on Friday, December 21st. All parents are welcome to join us as your child will be talking to Santa and receiving a gift. You are welcome to bring your camera and take photos, as you surely will want to capture this priceless moment. We are excited!

Please remember to stop by and say “hello” while passing through! Merry Christmas!
