Letter from the Director!

Dear Families,

Happy New Year!

Our teaching team is always delighted to embark on new adventures each year with your children. We hope that as you are dropping off and picking up your children that you view the displays in the hallways. Teachers utilize these visuals to help share what is going on in the class and display evidence of the learning adventures. With these panels you will be able to accompany the monthly news and kids report to form a full picture of your classroom’s development.

We are also asking that each family take some time to think about your involvement at the center. Did you know that children who have parents who are active participants in their school (events, communication with teachers, volunteering) develop stronger skills? Authentic partnership with families is a priority of our program.

I personally am thankful for all the support that we have had from our families and community. Our progress forward and going deeper into the curriculum that your child will experience could not be done without great families like yours. Our Parent Teacher Organization meetings resume in January- hope to see you there!
