R&R Recap of October
Northcentral Resource and Referral has had a busy October. Our team has done trainings on topics such as Child Abuse, Safe Sleep, Self-Care, and Biting. With the CECPD stipend, we have had many calls for ELG's, both Infant, Toddler, and Twos and Quest for Quality 3-5. If you are needing them, please plan accordingly. We try to plan them for two Saturdays in a row since they are each 14 hours long.
We have traveled near and far in our counties, from Pawnee and Coyle to Skiatook and Ponca City. At the end of the month, we partnered with Tri-County Tech for Bartlesville Middle Schools to come discover the many career opportunities that the Early Childhood Career field has.
In late October, we finally got our fingerprinting department back up and running. If you have been waiting for fingerprinting services, please log on to Identogo to set up an appointment with us.
We have also moved offices this month. We are now located above BancFirst in downtown Bartlesville. Please come in through the back of the bank, the one facing 2nd Street.
As part of Resource and Referral, we are here to help you with trainings and technical assistance. If you are needing training hours or help in the classroom, please feel free to contact us. As a reminder, our schedules fill up quickly. If you are needing training hours, please give us enough time to schedule training or look at the Training Calendar to see when our next training near you will be.
