Ms Chyanne's Class - Toddler A

Science Standard 2:

“Explore, discover, and investigate the physical properties of the earth.”

Now that we are in the middle of summer and more friends are joining us, we will be looking into and observing the environment around us. Our focus for the month of July is to learn about nature and all it has to offer us. Every day we will be outside to study the weather and start to grasp the idea of temperature (hot, warm, etc.). We will also cover the three primary colors - red, blue, and yellow - and introduce how new colors are created. As our new friends join us, we are incorporating songs to help ease them into transitions for going outside, mealtime, and nap time. Each day we continue to work on literacy, alphabet, and numbers.
