Ms Bailee & Ms Brittney's Class - Todder 1

Welcome back, Parents!

December 2020, what? Already? This month we want to focus on shapes, patterns, and mathematics. Our learning environment in the class has come such a long way that I think we are ready to take it a step up. The children are currently intrigued by the moon and stars. This is the reasoning behind wanting to do some cool shape and pattern activities. Also, just think, aren’t there all kinds of shapes on the Christmas tree anyway? (If you just pictured all the ornaments on a Christmas tree, you aren’t alone. 😊)

While we still use a tremendous amount of sign language in the class, I have noticed (I hope you have, too.) how much our children are speaking more clearly. I feel like every day I hear one more new sound from these kiddos, and it has me excited! With using more sounds to make our words complete to learning a new word, these children amaze me each day.

Lastly, we want to start a new trend! So, here is some good old-fashioned fun from Ms. Brittney.
