Ms Bailee & Ms Brittney's Class - Todder 1
Hey, Parents and Families!
Hopefully, you are reading these as much as we think you are. We love getting to look back at the previous month and forward to the next with you.
Last month in April, we had a fun time making flowers and spring pictures, along with talking about weather. One of our favorite experiences was “free painting” with the children to let them express their thoughts about what we had been learning. We also got lots of mud play in, which I think had to be the favorite for the children and probably not so much for you parents. 😊
Week of the Young Child is an annual tradition for Ivy Academy that we get to experience every April for one week. The picnic was planned but got delayed, and hopefully next year we can have it bigger and better. We hope you enjoyed the art displayed that was brought to you by…drum roll…your own children!
Coming up in May, Ms. Brittney and I will be dedicating a week to all the Moms out there. (Shout out to you all!) Also, we will have a week dedicated to water and rainbows. Then, towards the end of the month for Memorial Day the class will do a red, white, and blue week. Lastly, the first week of May is Teacher Appreciation Week, so be looking for our window display that we are putting together. It will be a guessing game for everyone. We hope you will enjoy all that comes your way from us in the month of May!
Ms. Bailee, Ms. Brittney, & Ms. Lydia
