Ms KK's Class - Early Preschool 1

Hello from Early Preschool!

Welcome to our A-"May"-Zing blog! As most of you probably know by now, my name is Ms. KK, and I have recently transferred from our facility in Bartlesville. I have been with our organization for seven years, and I am thrilled to be in Claremore, interacting with your child. I cannot wait to meet you in person! Fun things are happening, and I cannot wait to share them with you!

For the month of May, I thought it would be most fitting to study "All about Me" and "Family". Mother's Day was the perfect time to discuss interacting with the people we love, and as a new teacher, it gave me some insight on getting to know your family. The children have made me feel special, and getting acquainted with each one has been unique.

In our room we love to dance, sing, beat the drums, march around the room while playing musical instruments, and most of all, laugh and have fun! However, we are learning through play, and we use circle time to come together as a group for sharing and expanding our minds. We read a lot, and the children are learning to identify parts of a book. There is so much information that takes place in one day; you would be astonished at how bright your child is! Way to go, EPS!

For the month of June, we will be having Parent Teacher Conferences, so be on the lookout for the sign-ups. I am excited to meet with each of you! I am looking forward to 100% participation.
